Cashin' In & Shippin' Out - Payments and Shipping
We must require that your new goodies be paid for within 3 days, through Paypal. This tells us how crazy excited you are about your new purchase, and gets us in high gear to ship out that package. Depending on weekends, holidays, and groovin' parties, we'll get your hot new item shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 1-3 business days of that greenback transfer.
Shipping rates vary depending on where you are, but just like two magnets, we'll meet in the middle!
Although we love everyone around the globe, right now we are only able to ship to the US. This will be changing in the future, so keep checking in with us!
If we're both lucky enough that you found more than one gem at our store that you want to have at home, we are happy to offer discounts on shipping. Just drop us a line before you swipe that plastic and we'll send you an updated invoice!
We will try to combine all items in the same box; however, depending on the items, we may have to ship seperately. All items will receive the same special love and care to make sure it gets to you perfectly!
Some extras we offer that are included in the cost of shipping are delivery confirmation and tracking your package, because we know how excited you are to get your goodies!
BOO HOO - What's wrong? - Refunds
If there is a reasonable problem with the item - like we goofed and sent you a wrong, but equally awesome, item - simply return the item within 7 days and we will, of course, send you the correct item, shipping on us. We will also credit the return shipping cost to your account after we receive the item.
We will describe our beauties to the best of our ability and offer our best photots for true viewing before purchase. Keep in mind when dealing with sizing, you should do the standard give/take of 1 inch before purchasing. Since quite a few of our treasures from our stockroom are from different manufacturers, not everything will fit our bods the same!
Sadly Kiddos, we cannot accept a return for an item that you decided you just didn't want anymore - UNLESS the original box has been unopened and it is returned to us, undamaged, within 3 days, for a full refund. NO OPEN OR REPACKAGED BOXES WILL BE ACCEPTED. If you are just irreconcilably displeased, we can offer to do whatever we can, within reason, to make the situation more agreeable for you, so contact us to work something out. Your happiness is most important to us here at Moxierama!
So a word to the wise, be serious about purchases and understand that not everything translates across fancy computer monitors! Colors may seem to look different, or fabrics may appear to have a different texture on screen than in real life. Just ask anyone in Hollywood!
